Directions for Use

General Application

NALFLEET™ Autotreat must always be used alongside an oxygen scavenger. Continuous dosing is preferred for stable treatment control.

Dosing Method

• Dose continuously via automatic dosing unit where possible

• Alternatively, feed into the feed line using a bypass pot feeder

• For untreated systems, raise P-Alkalinity to approx. 200 ppm

Initial Dosage

2.4 litres per ton of boiler water capacity to reach ~200 ppm P-Alkalinity.

P-Alkalinity Adjustment Guide

Control Guidelines

• P-Alkalinity: 150–300 ppm as CaCO₃

• Chlorides: max 200 ppm

• Condensate pH: 8.3–9.0

Sampling & Testing

• Sample daily, always from the same point after blowdown

• Cool and test immediately

• Log results and follow the recommended test procedures
