Product Information

The Comet Light and Smoke Lifebuoy Marker is designed for use in man-overboard emergencies.
It produces dense orange smoke for 15 minutes and features two self-contained, inversion-switched LED lights that operate for at least 2 hours.
The signal is safe, reliable, and approved for SOLAS and MED standards.

Operation

  1. The signal and lifebuoy are mounted together in the release bracket.

  2. When released, the signal automatically activates both light and smoke.

  3. The orange smoke provides a visible marker for rescuers, while LED lights increase visibility at night.


Storage

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
The unit should be kept upright and secured to a stable bracket.
Check the expiry date regularly and replace the unit before the end of its service life.
