Fauch 400 is a powerful cleaning solution designed for removing sulphate and carbon deposits from the firing side of oil-fired boilers and heat exchangers.
The product effectively eliminates incombustible residue and prevents reformation of layers after cleaning, ensuring improved heat transfer efficiency and lower fuel consumption.
Product Description
Fauch 400 is a liquid, slightly alkaline cleaner developed for regular maintenance of boiler combustion chambers.
It removes sulphate deposits and carbon build-up without damaging the metal surface or leaving any residue.
By preventing deposits, the product helps reduce flue gas temperatures and optimize boiler performance, leading to lower operational costs.
The concentrate has a pH of approximately 8 and can be diluted according to the degree of contamination.

Application

Dilute Fauch 400 concentrate in a ratio of 1:25 (1 L of Fauch 400 per 25 L of water).

Heat the boiler water to approx. 70–80 °C.

Spray the diluted cleaning solution evenly on the combustion side.

Allow the cleaner to act for 5–10 minutes, then switch off the burner.

Residues can be removed manually with a boiler brush or vacuum cleaner.
💡 Do not spray directly on burners or electrical devices. Use only the dedicated Fauch 400 hand sprayer.
