Description
Unitor FuelPower Soot Remover improves boiler performance by actively reducing soot ignition temperature and supporting cleaner combustion. During operation, soot settles on heat transfer surfaces and gradually forms an insulating layer. As a result, boiler efficiency drops and fuel consumption increases. In many cases, even a 1 mm deposit may cause a 10% loss in efficiency.
To counter this, FuelPower Soot Remover introduces a catalytic effect that lowers the soot ignition temperature to below 280°C. Because of this reaction, carbon deposits burn off earlier in the flame path, and the remaining ash becomes easy to remove. This keeps the surfaces cleaner for longer. In addition, the treatment reduces cold-end corrosion and improves the performance of soot-blowing operations.
Furthermore, the product helps protect superheaters, economisers and exhaust paths from corrosion damage caused by acidic deposits. The cleaner the system stays, the more stable the thermal efficiency becomes—effectively reducing maintenance intervals and operating costs.

Dosage & Use
