KLÜBERBIO AG 39-602 N 180 KG
KLÜBERBIO AG 39-602 N is an Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant (EAL) designed to protect your open gears and steel cables. Strongly adhesive, water-resistant, and anti-corrosive.
Description
KLÜBERBIO AG 39-602 N – 180 KG (EAL Grease for Open Gears, Steel Ropes & Marine Equipment)
Product Overview
KLÜBERBIO AG 39-602 N is a high-performance grease developed for open gears, steel wire ropes and heavily loaded marine equipment exposed to seawater, humidity and extreme mechanical stress. Designed for maritime operations, this lubricant provides excellent adhesion, strong corrosion resistance, very good antiwear performance and reliable water resistance — even under continuous splash water or direct seawater exposure.
This grease is ideal for open pinion gears on winches, rack-and-pinion drives on jack-up platforms, and steel ropes used in offshore lifting systems. KLÜBERBIO AG 39-602 N can also be used for low-speed plain bearings, guide rails and open winch gears requiring dependable protection against corrosion, wear and high loads.
KLÜBERBIO AG 39-602 N meets the EPA 2013 Vessel General Permit (VGP) requirements for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL) and also carries the EU Ecolabel. Its high content of renewable raw materials contributes to lower environmental impact and supports sustainability goals in maritime operations.
Supplied in a 180 KG drum, suitable for heavy-duty offshore and industrial systems requiring high-volume lubrication.
