Description
KLÜBERBIO AG 39-602 N – 25 KG (EAL Grease for Open Gears, Steel Ropes & Marine Equipment)
Product Overview
KLÜBERBIO AG 39-602 N is a high-performance, environmentally acceptable grease formulated for open gear drives, steel wire ropes, winch systems and other marine equipment exposed to seawater, humidity and extreme mechanical loads. It is engineered to provide excellent adhesion, strong corrosion protection, high load-carrying capability and reliable water resistance — even under continuous splash water or direct seawater contact.
Ideal for open pinion gears on winches, jack-up platforms, rack & pinion drives and steel ropes, KLÜBERBIO AG 39-602 N also performs exceptionally well in low-speed plain bearings, guide rails and open winch gears requiring dependable EAL-compliant lubrication.
The product meets the EPA 2013 VGP requirements for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL) and carries the EU Ecolabel, reflecting its superior environmental compatibility. With a high content of renewable raw materials and excellent biodegradability, it supports sustainability goals while delivering long service life and reduced lubricant consumption.
This 25 KG pail is ideal for manual application, service teams, smaller gear systems and equipment maintenance work.
