KLÜBERBIO AM 92-142 is an Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant (EAL) designed to help your steel wire ropes last. Powerfully adhesive and water-resistant, it also has an excellent load-carrying capacity and anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties.
Description
KLÜBERBIO AM 92-142 is a high-performance, biodegradable wire rope grease developed for marine and offshore applications exposed to harsh weather, seawater and heavy mechanical loads. With excellent adhesion, strong corrosion protection and reliable load-carrying capability, this lubricant significantly extends the service life of steel wire ropes.
Formulated in close cooperation with Redaelli Tecna (Teufelberger Group), KLÜBERBIO AM 92-142 is recommended both for factory-applied initial lubrication and for relubrication in service. Its strong adhesion minimises drip-off, protecting decks, cranes, equipment and cargo from contamination.
KLÜBERBIO AM 92-142 is certified as an Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant (EAL) under the US EPA 2013 Vessel General Permit and contains more than 60% renewable raw materials.
