KLÜBERBIO GE 32-681 is a high-performance, environmentally acceptable open-gear grease created for demanding offshore, marine and heavy industrial applications. With exceptional adhesion, strong load-carrying capability, excellent corrosion protection and low-temperature pumpability, this lubricant delivers long-term protection for heavily loaded open gears, rack & pinion drives and jack-up systems.
Its ester-based formulation and advanced additives make it fully compliant with the EPA VGP 2013 requirements for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL). KLÜBERBIO GE 32-681 greatly reduces lubricant consumption—by more than 50% in jack-up systems when used with spray application.
This variant is supplied in a 180 KG drum, suitable for high-volume offshore operations, vessel service, or centralized lubrication systems.
