Product Overview
KLÜBERBIO GE 32-681 is a high-performance, environmentally acceptable grease developed for demanding open gear applications in the marine, offshore and renewable energy sectors. Formulated with a new generation ester-based base oil and a high-performance additive package, it provides excellent load-carrying capacity, strong wear protection, high corrosion resistance and outstanding adhesion to metal surfaces.
This biodegradable lubricant is fully compliant with the EPA 2013 Vessel General Permit (VGP) for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL), ensuring minimal environmental impact in case of leakage. Its excellent low-temperature behavior enables pumping in centralized lubrication systems down to –30 °C and spray application up to 0 °C.
KLÜBERBIO GE 32-681 can reduce lubricant consumption by more than 50% in jack-up lifting systems when applied through selected spray systems — significantly lowering operating costs.
