Description
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-700 N – 180 KG Drum (EAL Open Gear & Jack-Up Grease)
Product Overview
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-700 N is a high-performance, environmentally acceptable grease developed for open gear drives, rack & pinion systems, jack-up lifting systems, rudder stocks and other heavily loaded marine equipment. Its advanced natural ester base oil and modern additive package deliver excellent load-carrying capacity, powerful corrosion protection, strong wear resistance and outstanding adhesion to metal surfaces.
This grease provides reliable pumpability in centralized lubrication systems down to –30 °C and spray performance up to 0 °C, enabling trouble-free operation in cold climate regions. When used in jack-up lifting systems with spray application, KLÜBERBIO LG 39-700 N can reduce lubricant consumption by over 50%, lowering operating costs and minimizing waste.
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-700 N meets the EPA 2013 VGP requirements for EAL lubricants and is also fully compliant with OSPAR (Norway Yellow 1, Denmark reg. 2458948, Cefas E reg. 27423). Its natural-ester base oil is 100% renewable and biodegradable, reducing environmental impact in case of leakage.
Supplied here in a 180 KG drum for high-volume offshore and marine operations.

Recommended Applications
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-700 N is designed for:
-
Open gear drives
-
Rack and pinion systems
-
Jack-up lifting systems
-
Rudder stocks
-
Heavily loaded sliding surfaces
-
Offshore and marine machinery requiring EAL compliance
Ideal for offshore wind installation vessels, jack-up rigs, cranes, lifting systems and marine construction machinery operating under heavy loads and seawater exposure.
Directions for Use
Apply using:
-
Spray lubrication systems
-
Transfer pinion lubrication
-
Automatic central lubrication systems
-
Manual brush
When exposed to moisture or water, the lubricant may slightly increase in consistency—this enhances adhesion and improves water resistance.
