Description
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-700 N – 25 KG (EAL Open Gear & Jack-Up Grease)
Product Overview
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-700 N is a high-performance, environmentally acceptable grease developed for open gear drives, rack-and-pinion systems, jack-up lifting systems, rudder stocks and other heavily loaded marine equipment. Its advanced natural-ester base oil and modern additive technology deliver high load-carrying capacity, excellent corrosion protection, strong antiwear performance and superior adhesion to metal surfaces.
Designed for cold climate operation, KLÜBERBIO LG 39-700 N provides reliable pumpability down to –30 °C in centralized lubrication systems and can be applied by spray systems at 0 °C. In jack-up lifting systems, the product can reduce grease consumption by more than 50% when applied via spray lubrication, lowering operating costs and minimizing waste.
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-700 N complies fully with the EPA 2013 Vessel General Permit (VGP) requirements for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL). Its natural ester base oil is biodegradable and made from renewable resources, ensuring minimal environmental impact in case of leakage.
This version is supplied in a 25 KG pail, suitable for manual application, smaller gear systems and equipment servicing.
