Description
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-701 N – 18 KG (EAL Open Gear & Jack-Up Grease)
Product Overview
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-701 N is a high-performance, environmentally acceptable grease designed for open gear drives, rack-and-pinion systems, jack-up lifting systems, rudder stocks and other heavily loaded marine equipment. Its modern natural-ester base oil and advanced additive package deliver excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, high load-carrying capacity, strong antiwear performance and superior corrosion protection.
Optimised for demanding offshore and marine operations, KLÜBERBIO LG 39-701 N can be pumped reliably in centralized lubrication systems down to –30 °C and applied by spray systems at 0 °C. When used in jack-up systems with spray lubrication, this grease can reduce consumption by over 50%, significantly lowering operational costs and environmental impact.
The product is fully compliant with the EPA 2013 Vessel General Permit (VGP) for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL) and meets key OSPAR requirements (Norway Yellow 1, Denmark 2458948, Cefas E 27423). Its fully biodegradable natural-ester base oil ensures minimal environmental risk in case of leakage.
This 18 KG packaging is ideal for manual application, service operations, smaller installations and maintenance crews that require portability.
