Description
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-701 N – 180 KG Drum (EAL Open Gear & Jack-Up Grease)
Product Overview
KLÜBERBIO LG 39-701 N is a high-performance, environmentally acceptable grease designed for open gear drives, rack-and-pinion systems, jack-up lifting systems, rudder stocks and heavily loaded marine machinery. This lubricant features a modern natural-ester base oil and advanced additive technology that delivers outstanding load-carrying capacity, strong wear protection, excellent corrosion resistance and superior adhesion to metal surfaces.
Optimised for cold climates, KLÜBERBIO LG 39-701 N offers reliable pumpability in centralised lubrication systems down to –30 °C and can be applied by spray systems at 0 °C. When used in jack-up lifting systems with spray lubrication, this grease can reduce lubricant consumption by more than 50%, lowering operating costs and reducing environmental waste.
The product is fully compliant with the EPA VGP 2013 requirements for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL) and meets OSPAR criteria including Norway Yellow 1, Denmark (2458948) and Cefas E (27423). With a base oil made from 100% renewable resources and excellent biodegradability, KLÜBERBIO LG 39-701 N ensures minimal environmental impact in case of leakage.
Supplied here in a 180 KG drum for heavy-duty offshore and marine applications.
