Description
KLÜBEROIL GEM 1-150 N is a high-performance mineral-based gear oil designed for gears and bearings operating under heavy load, shock loads, vibrations and extreme friction. With exceptional scuffing protection, high micropitting resistance (GFT ≥ 10), strong shear stability and excellent oxidation resistance, this ISO VG 150 lubricant ensures long service life and reliable film strength in demanding marine, offshore and industrial environments.
The formulation provides superior wear and corrosion protection, low foaming tendency and very good ageing stability—resulting in extended maintenance intervals compared to standard mineral gear oils. KLÜBEROIL GEM 1-150 N is also highly compatible with a wide range of elastomers and meets important OEM approvals globally.
