Unitor Metal Brite – Professional Rust Stain Remover & Surface Brightener

Unitor Metal Brite is a highly effective, non-flammable rust stain remover and surface brightener designed for marine and industrial applications. The advanced formula removes oxidation, rust staining and discoloration on a wide range of metals and painted surfaces. It prepares steel for coating, prevents flash rusting and restores surfaces to a clean, bright finish.

Metal Brite™ is free from nonylphenol ethoxylates and other estrogenic compounds, making it safer for both operators and the environment. The formulation is MARPOL Annex V compliant and approved for use when cleaning cargo holds and external ship surfaces.

Directions for Use

Always use Metal Brite™ in a plastic container, and always add acid to water, never the reverse.

Rust stain removal (aluminium, brass, copper, stainless steel):
Apply neat after degreasing. Use a brush or cloth and allow 15 minutes before washing off. Repeat if needed. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

Steel surfaces (pre-painting preparation):
Remove oil, grease and loose paint. Apply Metal Brite™ neat and allow to dry. A second wash may be required. The surface should appear grey/white and will have improved rust resistance and paint adhesion.

Painted surfaces and wood:
Apply at full strength for heavy staining, or dilute 30–50% for lighter deposits. Allow 20–30 minutes before rinsing. Repeat if necessary.
