Description

The Trolley E10/M10 for TIG/MIG Welding is a rugged, practical and safe transport solution designed specifically for shipboard and industrial welding operations. Built to handle the demanding conditions found onboard vessels, the trolley combines high mobility with secure storage for gas cylinders, welding machines and essential accessories.

Each trolley is delivered with a unique serial number and lifting certificate, ensuring it can be safely lifted with cranes or hoists in accordance with marine safety requirements. With a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 70 kg, it accommodates everything needed for portable welding work — including shielding gas cylinders, welding machines and consumables.

The intelligent cylinder fastening system allows placement of one or two cylinders. A single cylinder can be positioned centrally for optimal balance during transport, while two installed cylinders sit securely side-by-side.

The trolley’s upper shelf is designed to fit the welding machines UWI-203TP, UWI-320TP and UWW-161. They are secured using two heavy-duty locking straps to prevent movement during transport, lifting or onboard operations.

A spacious integrated toolbox provides room for electrodes, TIG/MIG consumables, spare parts and common welding accessories, while the driving handles allow cables to be stored neatly and safely.

Constructed from lightweight steel and equipped with durable rubber wheels, the trolley is easy to maneuver on deck, in workshops, tight passageways and engine rooms.
