The Jet Spray Unit is ideal for applying Unitor cleaning chemicals & degreasers. The main body is made of polyester-coated steel and is portable with a padded carrying strap.
Description
This professional-grade pressure sprayer is supplied complete with a durable steel tank, spray lance and hose, interchangeable spray nozzles, charge pump, pressure gauge, relief valve (preset at 6 bar), and a padded carrying strap. Includes spare parts pouch for easy maintenance.

Assembly Instructions

Attach the carrying strap to the tank.

Screw the spray line firmly into the outlet port (align the spigot for lock insertion).

Insert the lock to prevent the spray line from unscrewing.
-
Connect the hose to the shut-off valve and tighten the cap nut.
-
Attach the spray lance to the shut-off valve.
-
Perform a leak test: pressurize the empty unit to 2 bar. The pressure should not drop more than 0.5 bar (7.35 psi) within 30 minutes.

Test the sprayer: Pull the red button on the safety valve and ensure pressure is released properly.
Operating the Sprayer

Release all pressure by pulling up the red button on the safety valve.
-
Push down the pump handle and turn it counterclockwise to lock it.
-
Unscrew the pump from the tank.
-
Fill the tank with the spraying solution.
-
Re-insert and secure the pump.
-
For compressed-air filling: connect compressed-air hose to the valve and charge up to max. 6 bar (88 psi).
-
Remove the air hose when pressure is achieved.
The sprayer is now ready for use.
Emptying & Cleaning
-
Release pressure completely using the red safety valve.
-
Lock the pump handle.
-
Unscrew and remove the pump.
-
Empty all remaining liquid and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
-
Important: Rinse immediately after use. Shake well and spray clean water through the system. Remove and rinse the nozzle separately.
-
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
-
Store the tank and pump separately in a dry place, protected from sunlight and freezing conditions.
