The Unitor™ UDF 1900 Booster Ultrasonic Cleaner represents a significant upgrade from traditional cleaning methods. By using high-performance ultrasonic cavitation, the unit removes carbon, sludge, varnish and other deposits without damaging delicate components — while reducing manual work and minimizing chemical consumption.
The innovative Booster Technology uses side-mounted transducers placed opposite each other, allowing ultrasound to penetrate deeper into internal filter spaces and complex geometries. This makes the UDF 1900 exceptionally effective for fuel and lube oil filter candles, fine mesh elements, discs, machinery parts and workshop tools.
When combined with Unitor™ Ultraclean GO, the unit achieves outstanding cleaning results with consistent and even ultrasonic power distribution. The Dual Frequency mode provides flexibility — choose 45 kHz for sensitive components or 25 kHz for heavy-duty deposits. The Dynamic Mode alternates between sweep and pulse functions to maximize ultrasonic performance across the entire tank.
