Unitor Vacuum Pipe Cleaner – Scale Remover for Marine Vacuum Systems

Unitor Vacuum Pipe Cleaner is a liquid, acid-based scale remover formulated with organic acids and corrosion inhibitors. It effectively dissolves and prevents inorganic scale such as uric stone, phosphates and hardness salts—common causes of reduced flow and full blockages in vacuum toilet pipes.

The product is non-corrosive, safe for all materials typically found in marine sanitary and sewage systems, and will not cause foaming in sewage treatment plants. It is ideal for automatic dosing and fully compatible with the Unitor™ Vacuum Dosing System (779197).

Directions for Use

Removing Existing Scale

• Dose 1.2–1.4 liters per day per dosing station

• Continue daily dosing until scale is fully removed

Preventive Maintenance

• After cleaning, switch to weekly dosing using the same dosage rate

System Coverage

• Dosage is calculated for 8–10 toilets

• For optimal effect, inject product at the start of each branch line

When to Use Gamazyme™ TDS Instead

Use Unitor™ Gamazyme™ TDS in addition or instead when:

• Scale forms in pipes between toilets and dosing points

• Organic black scale is present

• No automatic dosing system is installed

Important Note

Because the product is acidic, avoid overdosing to protect the biological activity in sewage treatment plants. Always use automatic dosing wherever possible.
